Quest #1. Earn 400 Warehouse Invasion points.
When you open the game for the first time after the Warehouse Invasion update, the CCDR Operative, the soldier in Black Strider armor guarding the Ark Facility, will contact you. He says he has a job for you, but you must first prove you're able to kill some Ghouls. To participate in the event, talk to the Citadel Corps Recruiter near your windmill first. From then on you can receive points in different ways: by completing special quests, by destroying Bloody Cocoons in the Desolated Hollow and Windbreak, by clearing the Warehouse and by identifying Unidentified Bloody Artifacts. Next, talk to the CCDR Operative at the Citadel Outpost.

Now that you're in the Warehouse, you have to look for the lost soldiers. the Operative will tell you he found two beacons, and that he'll show them on your map. You'll find the first CC Fighter's body at the end of the first room near the Bloody Hole. It looks like his throat was slit by a Claw. Burn both Bloody Holes before looting the body so you won't stand for any surprises. Loot his body to find an Army Flask, which will be stored in your PDA. All locations of CC Fighters are shown on the map at the bottom of the page.

Next, you have to investigate the second beacon. You have to continue clearing the Warehouse North Wing to come across it. You can find it in the small northern room, right before the room with the final Bloody Hole. This CC Fighter is also dead; from his body you can deduce he was shot point-blank by a Ghoul. By looting his body you find a Perforated Chevron, which will also be stored in your PDA. The location of this body is also shown on the map at the bottom. Next, return to the Citadel Outpost to talk to the CCDR Operative.
Quest #4. Clear the pathway to the Warehouse Sewers.
When you show the items to the CCDR Operative, he remembers who they were: Egor and Sergey. After an emotional moment, he tells you he located the next beacon: it's in the sewers under the Warehouse. Before you can get there, you must burn all Bloody Holes in the Warehouse North Wing. After burning all Holes, the soldier asks you to find Han. He can give you a Pickaxe needed to clear the blockage (B2 on the map). He's waiting at his post near the generator room in the Striders' camp. After you cleared the blockage, you find yourself in the other part of that room closed by doors. Open the doors and kill all Charred and Ghouls. Next, burn the Bloody Moss covering the entrance to the sewers. Note that there's a chest in this room, which you can use to store items.

Click the button below to read the full walkthrough on how to defeat him, but here are some general tips:
- The Rat King has six health bars in total. During the first couple he's weak to electricity, during the others he's weak to fire.
- Using fire weapons is always a good choice, as it slows down his healing.
- By walking over the remains of Beefs, Taggers and Hush Ghouls, his health restores.
- He has three special attacks: to spit acid (triangular zone), deal bloody wounds (small circular zone) and paralyse you completely (large circular zone). If you get paralysed by it, you're dead for certain.
If you managed to defeat the Rat King and all his minions, search the room to find the next CC Figther's body. He'll carry a Citadel Corps Field Kit, which will be stored in your PDA. Your character will notice that the soldier didn't die here, but that he was hauled over by Ghouls or Charred. Don't forget to loot the chest! Next, return to the Citadel Outpost to talk to the CCDR Operative about your findings.

Now that you're in the South Wing, you can rather easy find the next soldier. Kill the three armored Ghouls at the entrance and some of the Ghouls and Charred that are near, and search the body of the fourth CC Fighter. By searching the body, you find a CCDR Sword Handle. Return to the Citadel Outpost and show it to the Operative. He'll tell you it belonged to Fly, one of the crewmates. After a tense moment, the CCDR Operative tells you that the fifth beacon is also coming from the Warehouse South Wing. Continue clearing the wing all the way to the room with the Bloody Altar in it. Don't forget to burn the Bloody Hole before searching the body, as you'll get a nice surprise: after searching the body and taking the item, Stomper shows up. Run around the Warehouse and use acid weapons to kill him rather quickly. Stomper doesn't drop any items, but the CC Fighter's body gave you a Crumpled Helmet. After killing Stomper, get to the CCDR Operative to show the item. It belonged to Carp, who was in the assault set back then.

Quest #10. Kill the Rat King and find the last CC Fighter.
Now that you completed the second page of the Warehouse Invasion, the CCDR Operative contacts you to tell you he located yet another beacon. Only problem is, he doesn't know to who it could belong. He tells you that he went in with seven companions. You already found five, and the two others managed to get out. Get back to the Warehouse Sewers and kill the Rat King again to find the body. Note that his HP increased: the first time you encountered him, he only had 10000 hitpoints per bar, now it's 25000 per bar. You can use the same strategy to kill him. Afterwards, search the body and get the CCDR Token. The character sees that the fighter was killed by a Stinger and dragged to the Rat King's den later on. Return to the CCDR Operative to show the item. He now suddenly remembers to whom it belonged: himself. The token contains the right name, length and blood type, so there's no doubt. But the CCDR Operative is still alive, so there's only one possibility: he's a Reverse. He gets scared about what the Citadel Corps would do to him if they ever found out, so he gives the payment and makes you swear to never talk about it.
