On this page, you can find all kinds of information about the Twins Facility and the 803-T and 804-T Specimen, such as how to unlock this location and the best strategies how to defeat the boss.
How to unlock
Before you can unlock this location, you'll first need to assemble your bicycle. Once you have build your bicycle, go to the Engineer's Post and talk to the trader C.H.A.P. near Splinter. He sells pieces of the coordinates of the Twins Facility, in exchange for Serpent Eyes artefacts. These artefacts can be obtained from the airdop in the Desolated Hollow or the Windbreak. Once you have bought all twelve coordinate parts, the Twins Facility appears on your map. But before you can enter the Twins Facility, you have to collect at least one Twins Facility Key, which will be stored in your PDA. These can be found in the airdrop as well.

Walkthrough
Now that you're properly prepared, you can face the bosses.
The first thing you have to do is to prepare your bicycle. Make sure you have enough grease for the trip, and put on a Cycling Bag if you have one. Also, I suggest you leave your ranged bicycle weapon and melee bicycle weapon, since you won't use them in the facility anyway. They are even a liability, for when you click on them accidentally, you run towards a boss and she can damage you. Also, if you don't have a Twins Facility Key in your PDA, you can't get in. You can get those keys from airdrops in the Windbreak and the Desolated Hollow. Once you got there, speak to Vein in front to buy any equipment or consumables you didn't have yet. Next, you have to open the door, using 1 Twins Facility Key. Before the door opens, you can read a declaration from the Institute in which they explain that if you die, your items will be left at the entrance of the facility. Now you can enter.
Now that you're actually in the Twins Facility, it's time to use your consumables. Use your Compressed Air Tank and booster food and check if you're holding the right gun and equipment. Now, sneak up to the 804-T Specimen (the one with the gun). You want to get rid of this one first, since she starts throwing acid grenades eventually. Once you shot at her once, the bosses will start running after you, so start running as well. While you're kiting them, avoid stepping in acid pools. Stepping on it will deplete the durability of your Pusher and your Acidproof Cloak, so try to avoid it. Also, avoid their special attacks, for they deal a lot of damage.
Once one of the specimens has only four health bars left, their speed goes up a bit. After you depleted another health bar, the 803-T specimen (the one with the staff) gains a special attack. Make sure to avoid it, because it does a lot of damage and slows you down. By depleting another health bar, the 804-T Specimen gains another special ability: throwing acid grenades. Try to avoid stepping in the new acid pools, as it eats your Pusher's durability. After the fourth health bar, a number of changes happen: the specimens get faster, they regenerate and Undertakers can spawn. Kill the 804-T Specimen quickly now, because she also starts to throw more acid grenades than before. If a group of Samedi Riders spawns, kill them first by using your Thunderer. This will help you get rid of them quickly.
After you killed the 804-T Specimen. You can focus on the second boss. Kiting her isn't that useful, since she already has maximum speed by now. Take out your Triad Electrospear (if you brought one) and start tanking instead. The specimen doesn't get any new buffs anymore, so you don't have to worry about that. Just make sure you avoid her special attack and kill all minions with the Thunderer if they show up again. Your Pusher probably died by now, so make sure to have Refreshing Potions in your quick slot. Also, if you brought a Blood Groove, this is the moment to use it, since the boss will do heavy damage on you.
After you killed both specimens (and possibly Samedi Riders if you killed the specimen while they were alive), take the loot from the Institute container and walk out of the Twins Facility like a true champion.
